Our Story

Relocatte was founded by our Founder & CEO Deepanshu Sachdeva in Dec 2015 in Gurgaon as a result of his experience as a Global Mobility Administrator in KPMG. There was a program in the company where global KPMG employees could opt to Relocate in India for 6 months to 3 years. Lots of people were relocating to India to experience economic growth, rich diverse culture and history. However, there were serious lack of furnished apartments suitable for expats and senior business travellers. India’s last decade was driven by real estate growth and after slow down investors were stuck with their residential investments, they were not willing to furnish or manage their apartments. There were few furniture rental companies but no one stop solution to address this problem. That’s when the idea came up and Deepanshu Sachdeva left his job to start Relocatte.

Harjit Ghai came together as co-founder in 2016 with 10+ years of rich experience in hospitality and corporate sales. Harjit is playing key role in establishing long term associations with B2B and corporate clients by understanding their employee relocation requirements. Currently relocate is managing 125 apartments in Delhi, Golf Course Road Gurgaon, Sohna Road Gurgaon, Manesar and Neemrana.
